(Quality improvement and patients' safety department) is a vital department in Ibn Al-Haytham , it aims at achieving high quality levels in presenting medical services, improving medical care, and elevating the overall performance of the hospital, as it serves as a link for communication between all medical, administrative, and services departments within the hospital.

Maintaining continuous improvement of medical services’ quality presented to patients through provision of competent management and staff, working in coordination with all hospital departments and sections in monitoring performance, making all possible improvements, and sustaining the best outcomes that have been previously achieved, with ensuring patients’ satisfaction and exceeding their expectations being the ultimate goal.
