In our commitment to developing communication and interpersonal skills and providing the best service to patients and their families, Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital organized a lecture yesterday titled "Communication and Effective Communication Skills." Training was also conducted on fire prevention and the use of fire extinguishers for the management staff by the Quality Development Department, the Social Specialist, and the Public Safety Department. Such lectures are regularly held within the hospital to enhance communication skills and bring about a positive qualitative shift in the level of services provided.
